With everyone wanting to eat better, and get healthier it was only fit to check out The Mustard Seed in Hamilton Ont. Again for those who know me, I love supporting local farmers. The Mustard Seed is a Co-Op of local growers of fruits & vegetable produce, livestock farmers, bakeries and more. I was really impressed, the staff is well-informed and will answer any questions you may have on any item in the store, great product knowledge I love that. What’s great about the Mustard Seed, it’s open all year around, so you will get great local food for all seasons. For those who are a little nervous to enter such stores as the Mustard Seed for lack of their product knowledge in local, or health items, don’t be. I was once one of you, and now I understand much better, you won’t know unless you ask.
