While most people spend there long weekend,at the Cottage,Ribfest,or having a BBQ. I spent my Saturday night in the Middle East,at Paramount Middle Eastern Cuisine. The sound of cultural music playing as you enter. The smell of homemade pita bread, cooking right in front of you in a wood burning oven,it’s an awesome sight. Paramount is a warm and inviting experience to the Middle Eastern way of life. As we sat down and perused the menu,we all knew right away what we wanted, you walk up to the counter order, pay and voila your meal appears in a matter of minutes. My Chicken Shawarma was the real deal, with tender chicken seasoned just right, with that wonderful charcoal glaze, served up with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, garlic dip and of course French fries for Little C. The Staff was impeccable, and right on point with any questions we may have had. To me that’s top notch service. They have a playground for kids as well, another big point, keeping the kids happy. You cannot leave Paramount with trying some dessert, all homemade in house. I tried what I refer to as the Middle East Birds Nest (KNAFEH) a light custard dessert with shredded kadaif noodles,in a light syrup it was delicious. As well as many other desserts to choose from. A special Thank you to Malak who keeps everything running like a well oiled machine. Welcome to Hamilton Paramount Middle Eastern Cuisine.
