What a way to celebrate Canada Day Weekend. I was at Ribfest in Waterdown Ontario. The sweet smell of smoking ribs,chicken, and pulled pork just draws you in to this event of meat heaven. I could not wait to see all the ribbers in action, and I received just that. Living in the States for a little bit, and being in the meat business. I have seen my share of Ribfests and in the South you better know your way around a BBQ, or you will not last long. As Little C and I perused around each ribber, what better way to celebrate our Canadian heritage. So we headed over to Tennessee FatBacks a full blown Canadian Ribber and there was no disappointment here. I ordered a full rack of tender,juicy,sauced ribs with fixins of beans and slaw. My ribs fell off the bone and Little C loved them. A sure win a this years Ribfest good luck my Canadian friends. Also with so much more to do, their was rides for kids, games,and plenty of vendors, get out this weekend head over to the Oh Canada Waterdown Ribfest and get some lipsmackin’ BBQ.
