Gluten Free, two words not the most appetizing to hear, but it is an on going concern for people who cannot consume Gluten or have Celiac Disease. If consumed the lining of the small intestine becomes inflamed or damaged. This can be a very painful problem, so speaking with some of the exhibitors today, I became more educated on the benefits of Gluten free products.

Little B’s Bakery

Little B’s Bakery was such a special visit. The owner Rebecca started her business because of her daughter Brooke, who has Celiac Disease. These special desserts were so tasty, I hardly knew they were Gluten free. Visually, presentation was spot on. We eat with our eyes and Little B’s Bakery knows it. Butter tarts, pies, & cookies everything to satisfy your inner sweet tooth.

Tikka Masala, and the smell of cumin, coriander & turmeric brought me right to this Exhibitor. Generations of Indian cooking made quick and easy, for people who want that authentic taste. Rich & creamy sauces all natural, vegetarian, and gluten free. I picked up a couple of jars guess what’s for dinner tonight.

The gluten free cupcakery! O.K O.K here we go again, the cupcake battle goes on. The only thing I can say about this bakery,is the cupcake was moist and delicious. This company works with local farmers to make sure her ingredients are fresh. The flavours are very different which sets this bakery apart from others. Pink lemonade, maple bacon, & double chocolate (Which little C and I enjoyed) and so much more.

Thank you to all the exhibitors who spoke with Myself,Mike and Carmine. Great Show!
