Hank Daddy BBQ

I have three words Pulled Pork Parfait. So simple but it works,
succulent moist pulled pork, dressed with fluffy cloud like mashed
potatoes, then lightly coated with baked beans. I could have had a
whole bowl of this. The only regret I would have to say is, I wish
they had done their own version of baked beans instead of having them
from a can. Other than that it was   Dang Good!
