I headed to Historic Dundas Ont. one afternoon, went into this hip,upbeat,cocoa shop. For those of you that follow me regularly, you know that customer service is a” VERY BIG THING” with me. Shopping in the historic district of Dundas its all about the experience. As I entered this little chocolate shop I received no hello, no information about the products (chocolates) I mean nothing. Their is lots of literature on chocolate and the process, but if the sales associates just stand there “whats the point” I can look up the process on google. I had to try something so I tried a Chai Tea Truffle with my son. The truffle was not bad creamy, and full of Chai, and then I tried some chocolate covered bacon not a big fan, and I like my bacon. If the experience is not there, neither is your product.
P.S My bill said Have a Sweet Day. My day was much sweeter, when I left Beanermunky Chocolate.
