You hungry yet! Alright as most of you know, I am not a big fan of Poutine. I found a place that may have changed my mind. Curdz Poutinerie located in Burlington Ontario is taking fries and putting delicious outfits on them. I couldn’t just try one item so I tried four, Hey it’s my Job!. I start with The Smoked Meat (Born and raised in Montreal) smoked meat it’s a give in. Hot smoked meat, with mustard resting on mozzarella curdz with fries melting for that gooey goodness, and the spicy dill pickle right beside it. Yolo Nacho was my next Curdz choice fries, mozzrella cheese curdz, nacho chips, beef chili, salsa, sour cream, guacamole & fresh Lime. Yolo Nacho has all the elements for my next sporting event. Recommended for my next choice was The Vampire Slayer, this was a crowd pleaser crisp fries dusted with parmesan cheese, garlic butter, roasted garlic, and caramelized onions perfect for my fangs to bite into. My favorite I’m going to have to say was the Thai Friez my fries were tossed in sweet Thai Chili sauce, and garnished with carrots, red & green peppers, cilantro (which I love) and green onions. I may not have been a fan of Poutine before, but I’m warming up to the idea. Curdz Poutinerie is going to have a very warm welcoming from the residents of Burlington Ont. Somebody get ahold of Little Miss Muffet and tell her to visit Curdz.
