The Tide and Vine was one booth I was very weary to head up to, Hey I
will try anything once. This is one company that takes oysters to a
whole other level. I received my lesson on how to shuck an oyster,and
then eat it. This half shell,icy cold,fresh meaty,little delicacy with
a dab of horseradish and lemon gently graces my tongue and glides down
my throat. Everything  just kicks in. So delicious yet exotic. I loved
spending time with these guys I could have shucked all day.
