Dyments Farm Market & Bakery
www.dyments.com

I had to satisfy my sweet tooth, So I headed to this great booth of pies and sweets that hit high to the sky. Homemade from scratch, this bakery clearly loves to bake up sweet creations. My favorite booth by far. We sampled the butter tart apple pie. Local apples dripping in butter tart filling with walnuts and raisins. No pie is complete without a dollop of whip cream, my sweet tooth is still thanking me.

G.Pinto
www.gpinto.com

I have seen a lot of really different things in my travels. All food a side It really takes something extraordinary to knock me off my butcher block. I was not expecting to see such a performance out of Mr. G. Pinto a genius with a violin. Cant wait to see you again. Great show my friend, Great Show.

When I attend these Food & Drink shows, I critic them from the minute I walk in the door to the minute I leave. I want to send out a special Thank-you to Jay “Event Coordinator” for welcoming me from the minute I arrived. As well as the staff at the Careport Centre, I also want to say Thank you to a Ms. Ruth Cowman and Mr. Mark Poulin a great couple that share the same desire I do “Great Food”& “Great Company” and to all the vendors who came out to the show, it was great to meet all of you, See you all again soon.

The only complaint I have, is for the next year to advertise a bit more for the Foodies for Food Drive. I did not know where to put my donation when I arrived, and did not see to many donations when I left. Perhaps next year you could advertise a dollar off the purchase of a ticket for a non-perishable food item or bring a food donation and receive one sample ticket free. Also contact the Foodies for Food Drive and tell them to make a larger display so patrons with donations know where to go. With so much poverty around us we need to help each other. A small donation goes a long way.
